📋 Booking & Security Deposit Policy

  • The ₹1,000 booking amount confirms your room and is fully adjusted into your first month's rent or security deposit — it is not an extra charge.
  • A refundable security deposit is required for every tenant; move-in isn't possible without it. Amount is confirmed on your visit.
  • The security deposit is returned when you vacate, provided you inform us at least one month in advance.
  • The room is checked for damage before refund. Any repair cost is deducted from the deposit; if the deposit doesn't fully cover it, it may be adjusted against your final month's rent.
